An online bait of a free backpack caused me to supply my email address. They somehow got my bank info and charged me $44.00 for some kind of "subscription". When I reported the unauthorized charge to my bank they wouldn't remove the charge, claiming I had done satisfactory business with them (totally FALSE).

They avoid being charged with fraud by providing a easy refund web page, knowing many will not claim the refund. I am waiting to see if the refund actually happens.
