I received minor alterations to a non-wedding dress and the vendor charged me an additional charge for a rushed fee. She did not disclose the cost of her service until after the fact.
I informed her when I needed it by and she scheduled my fitting the week I needed it by. She never mentioned that this was a rushed job.
When I told her that she didn’t state this would be a rush job, her exact response was “I didn’t ask”. How am I suppose to ask about a rush job if I don’t know what she considers a rushed job? This is bad business practice to not disclose this information. I believe she uses this method to scam people for additional money.
