My fiance ordered a C-Pap mask. He accidentally ordered the wrong size and requested to exchange it for a different size. He was told that he could as long as he sent it back in the same condition that it arrived. He sent it back the exact way he received it.

He received an email stating that the package was opened and that he had to pay them to ship it back to him. why would he want something that he could not use? I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We will be contacting our bank in the morning to get his refund as well as contacting the attorney General about this company's scams.
