HNS Strap Watch , Parnis Watches , Paganiwatch Paid ordered not received and ordered value amount shown less from 90$ to 5 $ Brooklyn New York

One of the online companies named PARNIS providing online purchasing services of their watches via the websites: www.hnswatchstrap.com, www.parniswatch.pro & www.paganiwatch.online. I purchased one wrist watch of model Parnis Automatic Power Reserve Tourbillion wrist watch (reference email snap attached) via online from Pakistan after payment of 90 US$ that becomes 93 US$ after taxes (reference payment receipt snap attached) through credit card on January 04, 2020. Payment had been transacted to WWW. HNSWATCHSTRAP.COM, BROOKLYN US on January 04, 2020 and payment receiving has been confirmed on January 06, 2020 via Parnis company email address parniswatches@gmail.com (reference payment and confirmation email snap attached) also.

 Afterwards receipt for delivery via USPS for the ordered item have been provided with tracking                      No: UA435367913US (reference booking receipt snap attached) and after seen the USPS receipt, amazingly it has been known to undersigned that Parnis company has changed the ordered watch into sample watch and decreased the paid ordered item value 90$ to 5$ to save the duties and other delivery charges. I think it was simply a cheating.

 After passing of 270 days, till to date ordered item watch received not yet. No response from USPS for tracking and even continuously emailing to concerned Parnis company and via website also but no one responding neither any reply receiving. Email addresses of the Parnis company are parniswatches@gmail.com, hnswatchstrap@gmail.com & hellonatostrap@gmail.com.

 It is pertinent to mention here that physical address and contact number of the Parnis company are available at USPS receipt but not getting any email reply due to the unknown reasons or I have been cheated.  

 Your kind help is requested for the immediate strict corrective actions against the said Parnis company to recover mine ordered wrist watch, cheating to change the paid ordered value from 90$ to 5$ and to save the public from the Parnis company cheating practices in future also.
