 I ordered a water distiller from this company. I never received it. They sent a second one; it was missing parts. I asked for a refund. They only gave me half and then justified it as fees. I was never aware of it. When I called about the refund, they reminded me I ordered extra parts I never received. I called customer service and talked to Terrance Spivey; he told me that. Call the attorney general. So I'm here to ask for some help. I am a veteran of 27 years; I served my country honorably. I didn't serve my country to be ripped off on the internet and told to fu*k off. I told Terrence I was recording the call; he didn't care. He just said to call the Attorney General. This company broke me; I want to be whole again. I am a veteran 27 years, and 62 years old
