I contacted Holiday Inn after receiving several notices about being late and ultimately falling behind with the ownership. I have asked for assistance but cannot get any from Holiday Inn. They have told me the account will ultimately foreclose but that that is at their discretion and it could be up to seven years before it does. I would just like to come to some resolution so that this does not plague me for seven years.
