homesafe america is a scam! loan modification is free ! you don"t have to pay for it !

i called homesafe america , to see if they could help me lower my morgage payments. spoke to some guy named matt volpe , he said he could reduice my instrest rate and lower my principal .it sounded real good . i guess i got caught up in the monment . he said he needed 1000 dollers right away ,so me like a dope i gave him my debit card . it sounded to good to be true , so i diceded to do some back round checking on this company. so that night i googled homesafe america , and there it was complants and peoples money being taken !

so the next day i looked at my bank account and my money was gone, just like that! so i called to talk to matt , could not reach him the whole day.this was 11/19/10 , so i called monday got lucky got a hold of him, " told him to refuned my money ! i said i did not like complants about the company! of course he said none of this was true, i said i don"t care i want my moey back! he never sounded proffessional , he sounded more like a used car salesmen. he said he would refund my money that week. never happened , called back talked to some one elese , got a differant answer, had to call my bank to tell them i been scamed . them issued me a credit.

" remember if its to good to be true its not true!

" do not do buiessnes with this company!

they will steal your money!

" i would have never wrote that complaint , if you had refuned my money but you had to jerk me around. so i had to get the bank involved . i had nobody to blame but you pal ! . you known i am right , you company has 22 complaints against it , its not just me . as far as sueing me for slander you can"t get blood from a stone! the only thing you can sue is my balls ! i am broke and homeless!

I can relate to your loss.  My Mother and I have a simliar experience with this company, please advise on what you said to the bank to help refund your money.  We are about to file several lawsuits with this company as well as proceeding with criminal prosecution.  Any information would help.

mark , let me start off by saying thank you for slandering my name, i hope you know that these sites are specifically created for businesses and not for personal slander, i was hired by homesafe america to assist homeowners with mortgage modifications, and i did a very good job, and helped many homeowners in stressful situations. you called me asking for assistance i went through the whole application process with you and thought we had a good conversation and you understood the process and you agreed to go forward i did not force you to give me your debit card, you make me look like a bad person when i am not i am nothing but honest to all of my clients and once i found out what was going on at homesafe i left, i have spoken to my attorney and i will be filing a law suit against you on the grounds of slander, i just went for a job interview and got denied the job because of this, i look forward to meeting you in court, you and your family have a great day
