Homevalue.com is a complete and total fraud and rip off.  It purports to give you a valuation of your home.  It will not deliver this.  It will give you a mismash of miscellaneous public information but then tell you your valuation is unavailable.  Go to Zillow and avoid Home Value.  

Homevalue also has a confusing webpage that is designed to make you inadvertently pay for a series of equally worthless reports.  Watch out for your credit card charges because they may not me the nominal $1.25 fee you signed up for.  Be prepared to dispute the charges.
