On Dec , 11, 2022 Horseporium listed my horse for auction. Bidding ended Dec 31. Horse did not reach reserve price there for she did not sell. In the terms and conditions on there website it says "Seller will pay a $100 consignment fee to list and advertise their horse. Horseporium will collect a 10% of the final sale price at the conclusion of the auction. If not you do not owe the 10% commission fee. On Dec 31 on the day my horses auction concluded and she did not sell. They send me an Invoice for $1200 which would have been the 10% if she would have sold. but she did not.
