HP ink I bought a HP printer at staples. They talked me into HP ink to get replacement ink. I tried to contact them by account which they blocked, by phone, by email. they are terable at any real customer service. I whent and bought a new printer NOT HP

HP ink I bought a HP printer at staples. They talked me into HP ink to get replacement ink. They charged me monthly but never sent any ink when I needed it, so I bought my own ink and canceled the monthly charge. The next thing I knew is they froze my printer from printing. I tried to contact them by account which they blocked, by phone, by email. they are terable at any real customer service.
