Ordered their product two weeks ago but tracking number says it was never sent (their website states same day shipping). When reached out to them about a refund they stopped replying. Ignored my messages on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, emails, and site chat all while responding to people's comments on their social media.
