I wish I never did business with HW Kia everything sounded good until it was time to repair things on my Brand New Vehicle, they don’t honor anything on the Kia Powertrain warranty or the Extended warranty I bought from them for $3000.00 I have a 2021 Kia Seltos had it from a little over a year and it needs a New Engine it’s still under both warranties and Kia refuses to replace it, if I had to do it all over again I would have never did Business with HW Kia.
