Imperial Cleaning of Oklahoma City Alysha Giles - Office Manager Owner - Antwonne Last Name Not known The office manager and owner refused to pay me for working 13 days cleaning Ross and DD's stores in Oklahoma City Oklahoma

The office manager conspires with the owner to setup non-suspecting sub-contractors to do cleaning jobs that they don't plan to pay them for.  I agreed to work for them and the office manager met me at a store to train me on how to clean it.  The problem is, they treat 1099 subcontractors like w-2 employees by controlling their schedule and not giving them keys to any account.  This way, if there's a problem with anything, they won't pay.  

The office manager even bragged that it would take years to get this resolved if I were to lodge a complaint with the Labor Board, Workforce Agency or Better Business Bureau.  She admitted that there are countless people out there who were lied to and not paid for work that was performed.  The owner doesn't come to the office when it's time to sign checks, and relies of information from the office manager to see who they can exploit and not pay.  

The office manager told me herself that the owner is notorious for not paying people and was kicked off of Facebook because of it.  But she conspires by giving him all the information pertaining to the accounts that have to be cleaned and who should get paid what because she's the one listed as the primary contact on these accounts.  What they did to me was unofficially assign me to an account, then not pay me for it by accusing me of calling in sick twice.  I worked 13 days for these people, but the office manager never even told me when I would get paid. 

After I spoke with another subcontractor and found out that I was supposed to get paid on the 15th, I went over the their office to get my check, but the office manager told me that she had a $70 check signed by the owner and that I had been fined $200 for calling in.  Since I didn't agree to work this particular account, I worked another account for 11 straight days thinking that they would pay me for it and the other two days at the first account. 

This was not true and I didn't call in twice but the owner was not available to correct my pay and send me on my way.  This is what they do.  They treat subcontractors as employees by controlling their pay and charging them back for petty situations so that they don't have to actually pay for the work performed.  

It has been at least three weeks and I have not been paid nor do I expect to get paid from this horrible organization. This company places false ads for hiring workers.  I really don't know how they are allowed to stay in business when they clearly violate the w-2 and 1099 subconractor pay rules from the state of Oklahoma. Someone needs to look into this company and find out how many people they have cheated so that these people can get the pay that is owed to them. 

This company is banking on a worker's compensation form that they require each subcontractor to get norarized before they'll pay him which is also against the law.  Even though I turn this form in, they lied and said that I called in twice so they are only going to pay me $70 for 13 days of work valued at $270.  Please have someone audit this company and shut them down!
