I spoke with thomas montgomery about 2 months who was with ICS. I signed agreement and paid $300 procesing fee. I later found out from snead financial who cut ties with ICS due to they were not delivering as promise after 2 months of waiting. I left voicemails with ICS and never received a return call. I paid 300$ and nothing was done. This company is a scam
