Eric agrees to the pay you the hourly rates you desire/deserve. First couple weeks everything is great, works his employees pays daily. You become comfortable then the pay decreases daily along with some excuses with promise to pay. Pay adds up & you're working basically for nothing. Then spirals down from there. I'm sorry but I don't work for free!! I got bills to pay & mouths to feed! He's a greedy piece of s**t!
