International Shippinginc.org They withheld my package advising I was required to pay $1000.00 for a restriction stamp fee for a purchase made out of CA Denver CO

I had placed an order with a company out of CA. Once the item was shipped I was able to track the package. On 05/10 I received a phone call from this shipper advising me to check my email. I called him back advising I did not receive a message.
He then proceeded to send me a text message advising me that my package from CA was required to go through customs and required a $1000 restriction stamp. I contacted the company and they advised they would be willing to pay half as "this had never happened before".
Needless to say I did not send any additional funds as I had already paid for my product including shipping.
