Monday January 13th your technician replaced water pump and finished around 9pm. Tuesday January 14th at 11:30am that new water pump fell apart due to loose un tightened bolts. Rita Myles your manager was notified before T/A gave the estimate. She was also notified before was started. Rita said it’s being investigated and it’s now been two weeks. How much longer do you suppose it will be. I need to be reimbursed for the repair bill at T/A $2128.23
