misleading are on facebook. others have complained about their faulty products. I ordered in good faith and followed their instructions but nothing happened, and now won't respond to any emails of request of my money back.

post 100% satisfaction. took 24 days to receive their product and they only allow 30 days guarantee from the date ordered, not received
