JPH (Shima Toshitaka), defrauded me and my family out of my fomer job (gave notice), a new Job (offered Financial Controller), Bounced a large check, used Zelle payment fraud, and stole a total of $8,577.99 plust an additional $1,252.77 stated by the CFO Atsushi Iizuka that I was guranteed would be reimbursed within 7 days.  They also did not follow any part of the "not at-will" emplpoyment agreement or Guarantee that was signed and approved.

This situation has happened a few times with this organization’s name. Therefore, as a follow up step to this rip-off report, you can file a fraud report with the Federal Trade Commission, as well as with your state consumer affairs department.

Also, since the scam / fraud derived from Japan, you can file a fraud report with the Japan Anti Fraud Organization (https://japanantifraud.org/). I hope this message helps to resolve your situation in a favorable manner.
