I recently watched this video which explains many of the ways that J.G. Wentworth rips off its customers. www.RSLFunding.com/RippedOffbyWentworth. My best advice for anyone looking to sell their structured settlement is to shop around for other companies that will offer a better deal. Just beware that J.G. Wentworth has multiple companies under its umbrella, like Peachtree, Olive Branch, and Stone Street. Be aware of what you are getting into so you are not deceived as others have been.
