Buyer John Duque "coastaldude123" whom resides in Ventura, CA made an offer of $17,000 on a Vehicle listed on eBay which was accepted by Seller.  Buyer then became unresponsive and never followed through with the Transaction hence requiring the Seller to incur additional expense relisting the Vehicle.

 Someone would need to have an IQ of room temperature and absolutely ZERO COMMON SENSE to be buying ANY used car, sight unseen via the internet. And yes, I know, the lack of FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE is at epidemic levels.
