Buyer John Duque "coastaldude123" whom resides in Ventura, CA made an offer of $17,000 on a Vehicle listed on eBay which was accepted by Seller. Buyer then became unresponsive and never followed through with the Transaction hence requiring the Seller to incur additional expense relisting the Vehicle.
