John Jr and Sr at Epic Auctions On April 13th, these 2 auctioneers set up an auction for my mom's property following the sale of her home as she was in a nursing home. What was not sold they took away and I believe sold separatly. They owe her over 7k and have not paid up with numerous excuses Dallas, Corsicana, Tyler Texas

Mother's profits from April 13 on line auction and subsequent sale were not paid to her depsite multiple promises from John. He stated that he no longer works for the company and has a lawyer handling his debt. When we asked to speak with his lawyer he never responded back. At one point, he told us that the 7k check was in the mail, but when we spoke to him, he said that he never said that, until we sent him proof with a text. We filed a police report with Tyler Texas police dpt and they called and left a message for him to call the police dept, which he never did.

We were told to do a small claims court fcase, but live out of state
