Owner, John Martin of Big Sky Country Builders defaulted and failed to complete contracted work for Estimate #1209, dated 10/09/2018. Mr Martin cashed a deposit for materials from us in the amount of $11,000.00, dated 10/14/2018.
Mr Martin stated our material was at Lowe’s In Helena, Montana. We contacted and confirmed that no material had been purchased by Mr. Martin/Big Sky Country Builders.
Big Sky Country Builders web site is still operational, but the telephone number listed is no longer in service, and Mr Martin will not respond to our emails.
We are in counsel with an attorney.
