Jorge Figueroa acted dishonestly, lied repeatedly, stole my money, and refused to honor our agreement.

Renter beware! Business partners beware!

Jorge Figueroa violated California law by refusing to return my security deposit. I have a receipt for it. He said the reason was that he hadn’t re-rented out the room to someone else yet! So as soon as you give him money, he spends it. Even if it’s not his to spend.

Bad business. Don’t do business with Jorge Figueroa and don’t trust him. Don’t count on him to pay you what he owes you.

You’ll have to sue him in court to get your money.
