Went to Deaf Expo in Kissimmee last May, saw the “water” & cookware. Joseph Falsetta was explaining how this & that works. Signed up yellow card. Few days later, he & lady friend came by. Miriam Sokoloff paid Joseph Falsetta $5,000 by check for the cookware & water softener.

Cookware from Arcobaleno, LLC & water softener from Pentair. Miriam had called Joseph several times, he kept telling “lame excuses” for coming back to Florida. 5 months, he hasn’t called or come to install.
