Joseph (uses the alias Geofrey) and his brother Daniel Mutabaali are two well know con-artists who ripped me off for thousands of dollars.
After I lost all my money, I started to ask around and found out that many people know they are scammers.
Especially in the church they go to - the Latterday Saint Church in the Jinja / Bugembe area. Ask any leaders in that church and they will all tell you that these men are scammers.
They also go around trying to recruit young people to scam others since they are now known as scammers throughout Uganda.
