Juan Carlos has provided a quote to do some remodeling, which included getting permits. He started some of the work, but after having demolished my bathrooms, he didn't get the permit and refused to refund the money I paid in advance. After I reached out to some other people, I found out that it's not the first time he doesn't go through his promises and he does have a history of lying, deceiving and not paying his coworkers. Stay away!
