Karen Elitharp of Elitharp Property Management and the Elitharp Group cheated me out of my home money. It is my opinion that Karen (owner) is greedy and dishonest.
Karen’s demeaning self righteous attitude makes it a truly miserable experience when dealing with her company. Beware!!!

Karen Elitharp of Elitharp Property Management and the Elitharp Group cheated me out of my deposit money. It is my opinion that Karen (owner) is a greedy and dishonest person. The Elitharp Group and Karen Elitharp kept most of my deposit by overcharging for cleaning services etc.
Some examples of this is that they actually charged me $100 for a garage door remote!! They charged me $220 to clean the windows!! This wasn’t a house made of glass. Just a 1700 sq foot patio home. It is my opinion and experience that Karen’s demeaning, self righteous attitude makes it a truly miserable experience when dealing with her company. Beware!!!
