Kate Swift, the target and victim of this libelous Ripoff Report recently reached out to Brian Tibbs who allegedly wrote this report.  We believe that Mr. Tibbs did not write this report.  Whoever wrote this report is the true scam artist who is illegally using someone else's identity to defame Kate. 

This fact completely discredits the original report.  Our pursuit of this slanderous identity thief will prevail and he will be brought to justice.  A screenshot of the original email exchange with Mr. Tibbs is attached to this message. Here is a transcript of the correspondence:

This Ripoff Report regarding Kate Swift's BnB Plus Me Training System is a complete hoax.  This can be proven by the single fact that on the date of this report, Kate Swift's program had not been released to the public yet. As of  today, October 25th, 2019, it still has not been released. A temporary website on the subject has occasionally been live, but it has only displayed the index of the programs content, NOT its content.  Furthermore, all of the content for purchase on the website is and has been listed listed as "coming soon".  

Because the content of this training program is not available yet, the author of this negative report did not have any access to its content and therefore could not have reviewed it, nor could he have formed an opinion regarding its authenticity, value or quality.  Furthermore, by not having access to the training programs content, he could not have written anything about it, either positive, negative or truthful. 

For example the author wrote about Kate; "...who has copied the famous BNB Formula program and calls her program bnbplusme and it is just a poorly done rip off of the BNB Formula program." It is impossible for this author to have deemed this program's content to be "poorly done". Again, we can't emphasize enough that he could not have possibly seen the BnB Plus Me program's content. 

This BnB Training system is in the final stages of completion and will be delivered with exceptional quality, 100% original information and authored exclusively by Kate Swift.  The content of this system will also be owned, federally registered and copyrighted by Kate. 

Kate is a successful entrepreneur who has been in the property management business for many years. We believe the author of this report has some other personal, non professional vendetta with Kate which is the reason he defamed her in the way that he did.  We take defamation seriously and we know for a fact that this report is false, intentionally damaging and blatantly libelous.  The author of this Ripoff Report, claims; "Kate...even threatened to sue me".  We don't recall this incident, however, we can assure him that there is definitely a defamation law suit coming his way this time.

Kate's professional track record tells the truth, and the facts regarding her soon to be released training products are indisputable.  The alleged author of this Ripoff Report unfortunately did not tell the truth, nor did he have access to any of the content that he supposedly reviewed and used to defame Kate with. I run my own successful short term property rental company, and please beware that there is a well known con artist named Kate Swift in Boise Idaho with companies called Property Works LLC and BNBplusME that are just total rip offs of honest property rental companies and of the famous BNB Formula program.

Ms. Swift has tried to scam me out of tremendous amounts of money and she even hired an attorney to threaten suing me, and thankfully my attorney stepped in with the facts and the truth, and her attorney backed down so she couldn't get away with any of it.

I think it should be illegal for crooked and unscrupulous people like Ms. Swift to steal other people's good ideas like Airbnb short term property rentals and the BNB Formula program and try making money off of innocent and unsuspecting people by trying to con them into using poor imitations that are full of useless and incorrect information and serious mistakes that cause people to lose their hard earned money.
