Kayleeandtepid.com Before I ordered Bedding I emailed regarding color to make sure that what I wanted was available.I was assured it was turquoise and not blue. When it finally came it was blue and not what the design I had ordered. When I tried to contact them I was notified their web address was no good. That was all I had to go on. Rosedale New York

Report is as follows above under description. I have since read all the claims against them, which were many. I just want to know where to return this and get a refund but they did not enclose any paperwork for me to submit to reference this UGLY substitute.

I got a few emails from them up until Feb. where it was coming out of China but because of Coronavirus there would be a delay. I don't know where to turn to get my money back.
