Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We spoke to various tenants of his and he makes them paint their houses or pay for repairs out of pocket to keep rents down. One tenant was disabled and he made her scrape the house and paint it. She died a year later of cancer.
He is very vindictive and the house he rents in Maui is old and needs repairs. One home needed new windows and repairs. He refused to repair them or clear bushes causing fire hazard. Little things plan on paying yourself like plumbing or maintenance he won’t do it.
He harrasses tenants all hours of the night. His houses are not like he portrays. Great sales job.

Greatest landlord I ever had

The past few years especially he’s been great. Like I said I’ve been his tenant for 14 years so all things that might’ve happened in the past with his tenants definitely wasn’t the KEITH I knew the last few years. He was a great guy. I’m still continuing to be his tenant to this day. Unfortunately he is no longer with us. He will be well missed.

I have been a tenant of KEITH Volk for the last 14 years. Sometimes it might’ve taken him a while to fix some repairs but he did always care about his tenants. I’m glad to of known him the last 14 years. Thank you KEITH for giving us a great home.

We heard from various sources that he had the exterior of the house painted but when his brothers painted the house and they didn’t do all of it inside or outside he made the tenant repaint over it and she was over 67 years old. She did it to keep the peace. She didn’t report it to anybody.
The owner is very abusive.,!He threaten to use a crowbar to open the gate when the tenant couldn’t make it to the door in time because she was disabled and slow.
