Not the CEO's Responsibility

The CEO doesn't spend time buying protective equipment for employees. The CEO's job is to manage the entire organization at a 30,000 foot level. He doesn't care about personal protective equipment. The people who are responsible for providing this equipment for you are at the hospital itself. If your hospital personnel aren't getting you equipment you need, that is their fault - not yours. It's in the budget - understand? If you aren't speaking up to them, then you are part of the problem - in fact you are a large problem if you aren't speaking up.
It also isn't the governor's fault, or any politician's fault. The people you probably consider friends at the hospital are likely the people who are also failing you. The person looking back at you in the mirror could also be at fault. Stop blaming everyone else.
