Keoni CBD support is nothing more then a joke . Called 11 times and no one ever pick up the phone . They were sent 9 e-mails to cancel all orders . Only 3 were answered . They were informed that I was canceling all orders 5 days before shipping . They ignored all and shipped product on 09/10/2021 after being informed to not do so . Had to cancel bank card to avoid any future charges . They were informed I did this . There also is a URL they claim one can use to cancel orders . Did so and all e-mails were return as error . Their URL is fake . Avoid this company ,they do not back up their claims of 100% satisfaction
