Kimithi "Kip" Davis assisted me in applying for two $20,000 credit cards and an American Express card. He also offered to secure a $150,000 business line of credit by charging $8,000 on the cards. I referred several business associates to him, and he was able to obtain credit cards and loans for them as well. However, after the services were rendered, he imposed an unexpected 15% fee, which had not been disclosed upfront.

He later proposed a business partnership, where I invested $20,000 using the credit cards under the premise that he would consolidate the credit into a $150,000 business line of credit. Additionally, he claimed there would be financial returns from investments in a car dealership, concrete business, and a bread route that he was allegedly purchasing. However, his approach drastically shifted when he became volatile toward several of the individuals I had referred.

Although I initially remained neutral, I ultimately advised one of my business associates to withhold further payments until Davis provided results on the funds already sent. In response, he became aggressive, resorting to profanity and hostility, refusing to allow any explanation. While he appears well-intentioned at times, his pattern of delaying deadlines, collecting money upfront, and later undermining investors suggests a deliberate strategy. Ultimately, it seems his intent from the start was to collect funds, create conflict, and evade fulfilling his promises and financial commitments.
