Kirk Hous LLC Jeremy Kirkwood, Houston We had to go out of town for a family emergency. Upon returning to our apartment we found the locks changed and all of our belongings were thrown away. The property manager stated that he believed we had abandoned the apartment because he did not see activity on the Ring Doorbell Camera. Fort Wayne Indiana

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We were renting an apartment through them. We had to go out of town for a family emergency. When we returned home, the locks were changed and all of our personal belongings had been removed from the apartment. When contacted, the property manager stated that he believed we had abandoned the property and he threw all of our belongings away and would not let us access the apartment.

Just be honest and tell us that you haven't paid your rent in months, and the owner took advantage of the fact that you were out of town to repossess their property from a bunch of deadbeats. You don't mention a lease, and you don't mention paying rent. You also don't mention calling the police and an attorney, both of which would have been obvious moves by a person current with their rent. Those omissions tell the story.
