He is slandering Kris because she sued him for screwing her on a home. Kris has been a previous employee of mine for years and is very upstanding and treats everyone equally and I do not believe for a minute that she has ever stole a penny from anyone. These false reports should not be allowed to be found on public information when there is no proof of anything, nor was she ever charged with anything in her life. He will reap what he sows eventually for this false accusation on her.

I worked for and with Kris for 25 years, she is very brutally honest and goes by the books. Whoever made this claim is very wrong in trying to discredit her reputation. She is the most loyal, honest person I ever came across. She also knows her property management business to a T. She is highly efficient and a person who gets things done, you never have to tell her twice. She is also punctual and a great co worker and team player. This site was pointed out to us by some not so reputable tenants and we just wanted to set the record straight for Kris. Do not believe this crap about her, it is WRONG!

This report is totally flase and written by a crook by the name of Scott Terveen to get back at her because she sued him for ripping her off! Kris is one of the best employees anyone could ask for and would never even think to steal from anyone. She has a great reputation for doing her job well and with integrity. This is totally wrong that a false report can be made against someone and hurt their reputation and that is website would allow that to happen without any proof on the part of the reporter. This is slanderous in nature for sure. This web site should be taken down.

He is using another company name that does not belong to him in this false accusation, and I have never worked for any company out of Mnpls Mn. We are pursuing further action against Scott J Terveen of Harrisburg South Dakota for deflamation of character and slander on a public web site. I have all my court papers when we sued him as proof of what I say is the truth, he cannot produce any evidence of anything as it is all false information, and then hiding behind a false company like a cowards does. If he had the truth he would use his corect name on it, be a man Scott!

 Terveen is using a false company name to slander me by deflamation of character due to i sued him in court and he lost. He knows I am an upstanding citizen and had to find a way to try to get back at me. Everyone that knows me, knows the truth about Terveen, now we know how low he will go to hurt others. He has done me and many other people wrong with buying manufactured housing from him. Sorry, Scott, I'm taking the high road here, will pray you learn your lesson and do correct and upstanding business deals in the future.
