Online pharmacy. Sold me an item. I paid for it and then they asked for an additional $250 for insurance which was supposedly rerfundable but had not been mentioned anywhere on their website.

Because they only accept Zelle for payment, there's no way to get a refund, nor did he (Wei) ship me what I paid for. I doubt very seriously if they actually ship anything ever; just seems like a money making scan preying on people in pain or who need medication but can't otherwise get a prescription.
