I purchased a car seat from them. I had it installed and the shop told me that the seat doesn't work. I returned it 24 hours later. They then told them they headrest wasn't the same so they couldn't refund the seat. I then got the shop on the phone and they said that they could prove by video that the headrest was the same one. The person at the counter became judge and jury and refused to give a discount. He clearly was finding a reason to give the refund.
