Lanzi Burke & Associates - took a civil suit for non-payment Haddonfield New Jersey

This oral surgeon office LANZI BURKE AND ASSOCIATES in Haddonfield NJ filed a false complaint of money owed for dental work. His office was PAID IN FULL by my insurance both Medical, Dental and cash. I have the records to prove such payment was paid in full no money was owed. The office was notified that he was paid in full. I was to have dental implants made there, however since they insisted money was owed for previous dental work, I went elsewhere. I will file complaints with the dental board and my insurance company against his actions. Obviously their billing is in question here. They opened a civil suit 7 years after the fact.
