So much hype about this product but all it did was made me queasy and vomit, it is a placebo effect and a waste of money due to the amount you get and the sizing. I did not get healthier or feel any good effects only sick and malaise afterward. Expensive product and the owner is a mean and callous witch-looking lady. I guess the saying is true, nepotism can get you very far in life especially if you've got a famous uncle and grandfather and no real medical training. 

You are better off buying NAC and running laps to boost your immune system, skip the milk pills and adverse effects.
