Leassa did not file/pay TPT when managed my property mesa Arizona

I hired Leassa Property Management to manage my rental home from June 2022 to Mar 2023. In April of 2023, I found out that only June and July of 2022 was filed (AZ TPT taxes).  I Found out I'm missing TPT filing for Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, and Dec plus Jan-Mar 2023.  I contacted the office several times about this and still got no resolution. They are late in their filing and caused late penalty fees of $200 for June/July (see pic1-2). I have called / emailed and only spoke w/ property manager (Pam) who stated that Kyle told her he paid all of 2022  (see pic3 file history).  Even later when they file and pay for the missing months,  there will be a penalty of $100 for each month since they are late.  The broker has not responded to my emails or phone calls as if he took my money and has no accountability for his action or support at all.  I called AZ TAXES each month and verified no new updates.  

Broker ldid contact me lately but does not seem to understand how TPT works and unwillingly submit the required forms for each month that was missing/late.  He thinks he can just submit for the year and expect problem to go away by itself.  He is pushing back and wanting me to do his job instead.  I paid him and he's not doing the job correctly.
