We are very pleased with the responsiveness that the employees show us. They are serious about meeting commitments, and deliver on their promises."

The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Mike Chang during an interview with LED Craft

LED Craft Inc. is in the business of manufacturing and creating both indoor and outdoor displays. Mike Chang stated the following in regard to his company, "our products are used by businesses it is really not for any kind of consumer-related customers it is a business customer."

Leads for LED Craft Inc are primarily obtained through a sales staff they have across the country. Additionally, they obtain leads from online marketing. Mr. Chang stated the following in regard to the sales and services process for LED Craft Inc., "so we get a telephone call or an online inquiry for a quote and we generate a quote and we give several options...before we give the quote we pretty much try to find out exactly what they are looking for." LED Craft goes the extra mile to ensure customers understand the process, "a lot of customers don’t know they need a permit so we even ask if they can secure a permit for the sign. So then we send out the quote. 90% of the time I would say maybe 95% of the time they are sent by email occasionally they are sent by mail. And then the customers get back to us if they are interested and we basically build the product at that point because they are ready to purchase. We require that they put down 50% of the cost of the product. Now, as far as installation goes some customers just purchase the sign and they do their own installation and then there are others who want us to install the sign. Now if it is within the Greater St Louis area we go ahead and offer installation and we take care of installation ourselves. Now if it is out of state we subcontract installation to a local sign company or a local contractor. A lot of times they take care of all of the installation material like a pole or any other kind of hardware they might need. So after purchase, we build the LED sign and maybe a static sign that goes on top of the LED sign and we ship it out to the customer."



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – LED CRAFT

Mr. Chang was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. He stated the following, "we look into what they are not happy with and we try to address whatever the issue is they raise. If it is something related to the product we try and remedy because these are higher customers products sometimes and we can’t really go in and change the whole sign. There have been instances when the sign is damaged and we went and replaced the whole sign. A lot of the time the damage happens during shipment and under those circumstances, we go ahead and replace the whole sign. But really again we do not have any complaints related to the product quality itself. We pretty much make sure they are happy."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Chang expressed that the complaints on Ripoff Report were placed by a 10-99 employee, "her boyfriend was hired by the company for sales as a sales rep. At that point, he asked the owner of the company if he could find her something to do within the company work as a contractor. So the owner said sure go ahead and he found her something to do. I think after a year or less than a year I’m not sure the timeline… the sales person actually went on their own like a separate entity marketing entity and wanted to buy a product from the company and mark the price up and resell it. So he was trying to negotiate the purchase price at extremely low prices. So when the owner realized he could not afford to keep some of the units at the prices he was demanding he cut ties with this gentleman who was actually doing some of the sales using his company. Obviously, at that point, we severed ties with this lady as well. At that point is when she got really bitter and went on and basically trashed the company all over the internet and wherever she could. That's what happened." In order to further assure future and current clients LED Craft Inc. has an A+ rating with BBB. In order to ensure that clients are receiving the best experience, possible LED Craft Inc. is dedicated to providing clear expectations and communication with their clients. Mr. Chang stated the following, "we do our best to maintain whatever resolution we can come up with. If it is not product related or if it is not permitting related it is a lot of times related to their finances and even then we try to...return their product for a less expensive one."

Mr. Chang stated the following, "We pretty much want to make sure that we do not get a comment written there that is not fair. If it is legitimate we would definitely want to address but we really do not want to get up to that level. We do not let any situation escalate to the point where they want to go in and write negative comments about the company. That is the reason we do not have anything online. So by signing up for this program, we want to make sure that someone is looking out for us to make sure that hey if there is a disgruntled customer or not an employee just dealing with customers I guess maybe I don’t know if they get involved in negotiations or what they do. But hopefully, we get some sort of protection against negative comments about the company."

This is the worst company I have ever done business with.  I can provide a list of customers that have lawsuits or complaints against them.  They claim their products are "american made" but a manufactured in China.  They claim on the invoice to have a 5 year gold star warranty  However when a module etc breaks, the so called VP Aline Remington wants to charge your account an astronomical amount to send you the replacement part.  And once she has your card she will charge it again without a second thought if she feels she undercharged.  I know personally of a fire dept that got an attorney involved after she did it to them.  But numerous others that she has done also.  They claim software training included.  do not be decieved!! it is not.  You call and call to get help and when you finally get through it is to someone that cannot speak english !  They claim 4-8 week delivery time.  Another laugh!  When you call it is always "in productiion"  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.  A FRAUDULENT COMPANY THAT IS GETTING READY TO GO BANKRUPT!  From Aj S.
