I designed documents - a Living Will and Last Will and Testiment while I paid for the subscription. I cancelled the subscription and the documents that I designed are no longer available to me unless I renew the subscription. I paid $240 for documents that I cannot access. Who would need this service continually over a long period of time? Once the documents are created then you no longer need the service.
