This company has been a nightmare to work with. I bought 2 new THINKPAD laptops. 1 of them failed 5 times before they decided to replace it. Then the replacement ended up being a unit with half the memory, half the hard drive space that the original laptop had.

FINALLY after going through a year of misery with the new replacement laptop, I was told that the document they sent me with the replacement laptop showing I had 2 years premier warranty; was not going to be honored.

Please do not buy anything from thie company. Their product is useless and a farce.
