Seth Benes and the law firm of Lerman & Whitebrook filed a false lawsuit and when confronted of there unethical motives they deliberately stalled in responding and filed suit when they falsely attempted to resolve the false calim. Service to the defendant was never made. This is the 2nd time they have done this in speaking with another defendant. They are so unethical. A complaint has been filed with the Florida bar.

There reviews are horrible and they should be disbarred.
