EDITOR’S COMMENT(2/2/2021):  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.

(((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))) Cannabis Group stole money from innocent investors and have tried to change their name to hide our warnings from future investors. We have been victims of a financial scam of extreme magnitude by a group of scammers led by an Attorney (((REDACTED)))

 How can it be possible that the financial authorities have not put any red flags on (((REDACTED))) fraud. They have also been pulling an insider job by joining forces with stockhouse which is a fraudulent stock trader bloc. This is one of the worst financial scams that has and has blindsided investors. Again the press releases that have been disseminated by (((REDACTED))) after holding a fake Shareholders meeting directly before changing their name is full of more lies.

If you take a good look at the new (((REDACTED))) Web site which now appears as (((REDACTED))) USA you can see clearly they are just continuing to use these media outlets to create smoke screens for investors who clearly don’t know how to research a company properly and steal their money while they do not actually work and they pay themselves huge salaries and bonuses and sell their stocks in shady contracts that earn them ludicrous paydays at the expense of all investors.

The company has yet to make a single dollar in earnings and marijuana has been legal in Canada almost 2 years and in the states commercial hemp operations have been going on even longer.

For the cherry on the cake he has several judgments pending. Also amongst other officers are (((REDACTED))), (((REDACTED))), (((REDACTED))), (((REDACTED))), (((REDACTED))) and not a single one of them has a clean background. I will include some of the links where you can look into the kind of people that (((REDACTED))) and all (((REDACTED))) gang are dealing with. Those thieves might serve several years in prison for their frauds, which will cost investors/taxpayers even more money. The SEC and other authorities work to prevent such scams, but with thousands of public companies in North America, it is nearly impossible to ensure that those fraudsters led by Lawyers that know how to play the system and politicians will not be betraying investors again.
