The 60days from end of contract has came and went. Company has not communicated final settlement to me. Company has recently scanned another seven individuals and I know two personally. Company is crooks.

Drivers and owner has waited the 60 day waiting period and the company still hasn’t paid the wages that were due. The company has ignored requests after the 60day mark. So my stance is still the same. Company is scammers and thief’s. There’s no lies in my post. Carlton Williams, Rochelle Delley and Natasha Hicks are all thief’s. Josh Davis who is Carlton son. He’s helps but he don’t know his butt from his front! Just stay away from LGTL/CRTW2. If you research there old company had the same issues of not paying drivers. It’s a recurring theme. Stay away.

Company is broke and not paying wages and has not payed me the last weeks. Company is struggling and has no idea on how to run a trucking company. Rochelle is a joke and is Carltons personal h*o. Stay away from this company.

I strongly standby LGTL Inc as we are within our contractrual rights.
Contractor was hired with the terms of supporting paperwork must be sent in weekly - which he initially complied with.
As the weeks went on - he fell out of compliance and was emailed a notification that Billing Paperwork was to be turned or it could result in Settlement funds being withheld.
LGTL Inc sent 2 additional emails asking Contractor to mail in Billing paperwork and or Settlement funds would be held until received and processed.
Contractor has been/will continue to be communicated with in writing - as I will no longer accept any calls with abusive language.
To date/ As of this writing - all the Required paperwork still has not yet been received and what Billing paperwork that has been received is currently being manually processed at Corporate in North Carolina which Contractor has bee Emailed the status.
