Selling and marketing of medical alert pendants. A good product but incompetent and greedy ownership and management.  Kept changing base salary and commission rates until the staff had no way of knowing what their pay should be. Owner ducks staff so as to not answer any questions. 

Went to location 3 times to get my last pay check, but owner never there.  Does not respond to calls or texts or emails.  All of the original staff left because of these problems.  When they do ask questions or confront him they are fired.  I understood that my last check would be held for some time - but - that time has more than elapsed.
