They are not solving my in game purchase issue which results in that i wont be able to play the game and all my efforts and money spent would be vanished .

their help center says that they can help player issues ones in every two month ( bull sh*t) they are saying they dealt the issue 4 days ago and they cannot help again. The proble is stil valid they didnt solve the problem and they are saying they cannot help 2 months more. So the game and all the efforts and money i spent gone rabish.
