Lodable and Kimball are scam artists. I recommend you you anyone but them. I was doing fine until they took over managing my reservations with my outside systems. I started getting double bookings and miss information. Kimball blamed Expedia and VRBO and everyone else but I figured out the problem. It is Lodgable software. Everything went wrong with them and I found another group to manage my bookings. They charge to much and do very little!
